bl!p is an easy, brand new way to pay for products on our EB Games and Zing Pop Culture online stores! The best part? You can start using bl!p right now - no sign ups necessary!

Who can use bl!p?

bl!p is available if you:

  • Are over 18 years of age
  • Live in Australia
  • Have a valid and verifiable email address and mobile number
  • Use an Australian credit or debit card to make the purchase
How does bl!p work?

bl!p (powered by Limepay) gives you the flexibility to have your products shipped or picked up with Click & Collect right now, and pay over four fortnightly instalments, interest free!

For example, if you spend $80 on your favourite game, each instalment of $20 would be deducted from your credit or debit card each fortnight.

If your order is eligible, bl!p will appear as a payment method at the checkout.

What can I bl!p?

bl!p is available on orders up to $300 (inclusive of shipping).

bl!p is not available for:

  • Preorders
  • Downloadable content, digital currencies and season passes
  • Mobile phones and tablets
  • Desktops and Laptops
  • Gaming monitors

If your order has any of these products, then bl!p won’t be available as a payment method at the checkout.

Can I bl!p instore?

You can use bl!p to pay for Click & Collect orders and pick up your favourite products from your local store!

Once you pay with bl!p, you can pick up your order within 15 minutes of your stores normal trading hours, how awesome is that?

What if you are already instore? Simply shop for your items through our online store on your mobile device, choose Click & Collect, checkout with bl!p, and your order will be ready in minutes!

How do I refund items paid for using bl!p?

To get a refund or an exchange on orders made using bl!p, please call our Customer Support Hotline on 13 39 31. This applies to both home delivery and Click & Collect orders.

bl!p orders cannot be returned or exchanged in-store at this time. To organise a return or exchange of your product paid for using bl!p, give the Customer Support Hotline a call on 13 39 31.

Returns and exchanges are subject to our returns policy. Once your refund has been processed, any future bl!p payments will be cancelled and any money owed to you will be refunded back to you by bl!p.
